The pictures in this description are completely inaccurate. I am absolutely disappointed in the product that I received. These are not plush squishmallows, instead they are hard rubber figurines.

I ordered this and I waited over a month just to get little eraser like things. I did not receive mini plushies like it shows in this photo!!! I was scammed and every time I emailed asking for help. No one responded!! I paid over 42$ back Nov 16th for my children to have this and it just came today. Dec 18th and it is NOT AT ALL what it shows here!! Please do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!

What I received is not what was advertised. Not only did it take forever to receive my package but when I contacted customer service multiple times, I never even received a response. Expected to get plush mini squishmallows as shown in the video but received, very tiny (one inch) squishmallow characters that are made of a hard rubber.

Spoon is for reference. You are not getting what the video leads you to believe. These are not real squishmellows. The photos and video make this appear to be like past squishmellow advent calendars. These are in a small box, the note on the website states the calendar is 2.5 inches, that is the width of the calendar. The website fails to inform you that the calendar when closed is only about 6x7 inches. The video shows soft, furry, plush squishmellows. You receive micromellows that I can only describe as like an eraser. They are hard and rubbery feeling. It takes this company 2-3 weeks to ship from China and the shipping takes another 2 weeks. I ordered the advent calendar on November 13th and didn’t receive it until December 15th.

This was false advertisement. The video and everything had me believing I was getting small soft squishmallows. Instead they were tiny, small, hard and smelly. At $42 I could have spent my money on something I could do with my day care kiddos. It also took an entire month to receive. I can’t let 3 & 4 year olds play with them. Lesson learned the hard way.

Scam. Ordered 11/16 - received payment confirmation. Emailed customer service on 12/2 and received a shipping confirmation on 12/3. The link redirects to a nondescript page with zero info. Its 12/10 and still no product. They are based out of Kissimmee, FL -
